This is so awesome! But how DO I get to swap the icons around? I've downloaded the pictures but can't swap them with the icons have already. I'm a Mac OS X user! :)

Find and click on the downloaded PNG file of the application, which icon you wish to change. Hit Cmd+I (show info) on your keyboard. In the pop up click on the icon and hit Cmd+C (copy).
Now navigate to the application in your app folder and do the same drill except hit Cmd+V (paste) instead of copy. That should be it.

Some are experiencing trouble changing the InDesign icon, but this has something to do with the software and is unfortunately not something I can change.

Great icons! I modified the psd template for a Flash Player icon, but can't seem to get the transparency to save correctly. I admit I'm new to icons, am I missing something?
